Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcapush, including its website, subdomains, builder tools, public registry, dashboards, APIs made available to you, or CLI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Arcapush Provides

Arcapush is a discovery and distribution registry for products, AI agents, and hackathon builds. The service may include public listing pages, the Genesis Registry, discovery feeds, structured metadata, search and browse tools, builder profiles, ownership claims and verification, media, competitions, reviews, newsletters, analytics, badges, CLI access, and managed promotion or distribution inquiries. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and Security

Some features require an account or authenticated session. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, connected identities, sessions, CLI credentials, device authorization codes, and any access tokens associated with your use of Arcapush. You must provide accurate information and promptly revoke credentials or contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Submissions and Public Listings

When you submit a product, AI agent, hackathon build, builder profile, media, review, suggestion, vote, or other content, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you provide and for having the rights needed to submit it. Approved or self-serve content may become publicly accessible, receive a permanent registry or Genesis reference, and be exposed through feeds, structured data, social previews, search surfaces, badges, APIs, or other discovery features.

Search, AI, and Third-Party Discovery

Arcapush is built for public discovery. Public pages may be crawled, indexed, cached, summarized, cited, or otherwise processed by search engines, AI systems, archives, social platforms, browsers, or other third parties. Arcapush does not guarantee that any listing will be indexed, ranked, recommended, cached, cited, distributed, or displayed by any third-party service, and references to search engines or AI systems do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Ownership Claims and Verification

Arcapush may allow users to claim or verify ownership of existing listings through supported verification methods. You may only claim a project you are authorized to represent. We may request evidence, run automated or manual checks, reject or revoke claims, correct ownership records, or suspend access when information is misleading, unverifiable, disputed, or abusive.

Builder Profiles and Connected Identities

If you create a builder profile or connect supported accounts or identities, you authorize Arcapush to use the information made available through those connections for account linking, identity display, verification, attribution, and related product features. You are responsible for ensuring that any profile or identity you connect belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

Competitions, Votes, Reviews, and Community Features

Arcapush may offer competitions, Product of the Week, votes, reviews, suggestions, or similar community features. We may impose eligibility rules, email verification, one-vote limits, moderation, anti-abuse controls, or other safeguards. We may remove fraudulent or manipulated activity and may change, pause, or cancel a competition or community feature when needed to protect fairness or platform integrity.

Promotion and Distribution Services

Public listing and discovery features may be free, while managed promotion, launch support, or distribution work may be offered separately. Promoted placements are intended to be disclosed separately from editorial or organic discovery signals. Any paid or custom engagement may be subject to additional written terms, scope, pricing, and payment arrangements agreed with the relevant client.

Your Content and License to Arcapush

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. By submitting content to Arcapush, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, display, distribute, create technical previews from, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service and to make your public listing discoverable. This license ends when the content is fully removed from active service, except for backups, security records, legal obligations, or limited registry provenance that reasonably needs to remain.

Arcapush Intellectual Property

Arcapush's software, branding, visual identity, site design, original editorial content, ranking or discovery systems, documentation, and other platform materials are owned by Arcapush or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Arcapush intellectual property.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• →Submit malware, phishing links, deceptive content, impersonation, stolen material, or content that violates another person's rights.
• →Manipulate votes, reviews, views, rankings, claims, verification, analytics, or other platform signals through bots, fake accounts, coordinated abuse, or deceptive methods.
• →Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, credentials, internal systems, databases, administrative tools, or non-public APIs.
• →Interfere with service availability through denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, scraping that degrades the service, bypassing rate limits, or similar abuse.
• →Use Arcapush for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful activity.
• →Misrepresent an affiliation, ownership claim, endorsement, partnership, ranking, verification status, or promoted placement.

Moderation, Suspension, and Removal

We may review, edit, hide, reject, reclassify, suspend, or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to legal or security issues, protect users, preserve registry quality, address impersonation or ownership disputes, or prevent abuse. A public registry reference or historical provenance may remain where reasonably necessary for integrity, security, moderation, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

Third-Party Services and Links

Arcapush may integrate with or link to third-party websites, authentication providers, repositories, social platforms, email providers, analytics tools, infrastructure services, AI systems, and other external services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. Arcapush is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, redesign, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of every feature, or compatibility with every device, browser, integration, API, or third-party service. We may perform maintenance, enforce limits, or make security changes without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Arcapush provides discovery infrastructure and related services, not guaranteed business outcomes. We do not guarantee search ranking, traffic, investor interest, customer acquisition, revenue, funding, competition results, press coverage, backlinks remaining live, third-party indexing, AI citations, or any specific distribution result.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcapush is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcapush and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation, business opportunity, or third-party outcomes arising from use of the service.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your misuse of Arcapush, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or an unauthorized ownership or identity claim made through your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Arcapush changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
