Overview
Arcapush is a public discovery and distribution registry for products, AI agents, and hackathon builds. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, what may become public, and the choices available to you when you use Arcapush, its builder tools, or its CLI.
Information We Collect
- Account and authentication data: When you sign in, we may receive and store information such as your name, email address, profile image, provider account identifier, session information, and authentication tokens supplied through supported sign-in providers such as Google or GitHub.
- Builder profile and connected identity data: If you create or complete a builder profile or connect supported identities, we may store information such as your username, bio, X handle, LinkedIn URL, provider handle, profile URL, connection status, and verification timestamps.
- Submission and listing data: For products, AI agents, and hackathon builds, we may collect names, descriptions, problem statements, categories, URLs, repository links, social links, founder names, founder contact details, media, pitch-deck links, technical endpoints, and other information you choose to submit.
- Claims and verification data: When you claim or verify ownership of a listing, we may process challenge data, verification method, expected and verified identifiers, timestamps, attempt information, and verification evidence needed to resolve the claim.
- Community and interaction data: We may store competition votes, email-verification status for votes, reviews, ratings, suggestions, suggestion votes, access requests, newsletter preferences, and other actions you take on the platform.
- CLI and security data: If you use the Arcapush CLI or device authorization flows, we may store credentials, device authorization records, token metadata, revocation state, audit events, rate-limit records, and other security information needed to operate and protect those features. Sensitive credentials are not intended to be displayed publicly.
- Technical and analytics data: We may process IP address, browser and device information, request metadata, first-party visitor identifiers, page views, outbound clicks, referral information, feature events, and similar usage data for security, abuse prevention, product analytics, and service improvement.
Public Information and Search Discovery
Arcapush is designed around public discovery. Information you submit for publication—such as a project name, description, category, website, repository, public founder identity, public social links, media, structured metadata, Genesis Registry information, and other listing fields—may be displayed publicly on Arcapush and its subdomains. Public pages may be crawled, indexed, cached, summarized, referenced, or otherwise processed by search engines, AI systems, archives, browsers, social platforms, and other third parties. Arcapush does not control how independent third parties index, rank, cache, or reuse information once it is public.
How We Use Information
- Operate the service: Authenticate users, maintain sessions, publish and manage listings, power builder dashboards, support claims and ownership verification, operate the CLI, and provide discovery and distribution features.
- Discovery and presentation: Create public listing pages, registry entries, structured data, canonical URLs, social previews, badges, feeds, search surfaces, recommendations, and other public discovery features.
- Communication: Send transactional messages, verification emails, submission updates, product notifications, platform updates, weekly digests, and newsletters according to the feature you use and your available preferences.
- Analytics and improvement: Understand how Arcapush is used, measure discovery and outbound activity, improve product experience, diagnose problems, and evaluate platform performance.
- Safety and integrity: Prevent spam, fraud, malicious submissions, impersonation, abuse, duplicate activity, unauthorized access, and other conduct that could harm Arcapush or its users.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Arcapush may use cookies and similar identifiers to keep you signed in, secure sessions, remember necessary state, distinguish requests or visitors, prevent abuse, and measure product usage. Some analytics events are processed through first-party application analytics and analytics providers used by Arcapush. Blocking cookies may affect authentication or other features that depend on them.
Service Providers and Integrations
We use service providers and integrations to operate Arcapush. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel; database and storage infrastructure; email delivery services such as Brevo; authentication providers such as Google and GitHub; analytics services such as Umami; and social or identity integrations that you choose to connect. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Data Sharing
We may share information when needed to operate requested integrations, comply with law or valid legal process, investigate abuse or security incidents, protect users or the service, complete a business reorganization, or work with service providers acting on our behalf. Public listing information is, by design, available to anyone who can access the relevant public page or feed.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain the integrity and provenance of public registry records, satisfy security and audit needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to update profile information, manage communication preferences, revoke connected accounts or CLI credentials, request correction of personal information, or ask about deletion of non-public account data. Public registry records may retain limited provenance, moderation, security, or historical information where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the registry or comply with legal obligations. Requests are evaluated based on the data involved and applicable requirements.
Third-Party Links and Submitted Content
Arcapush listings often link to third-party websites, repositories, social accounts, payment pages, documentation, or other external services. Arcapush is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. If you submit a URL, Arcapush may retrieve publicly available metadata or media from that URL to create, validate, or improve a listing or preview.
Children
Arcapush is intended for builders and other users capable of entering into these terms. The service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the matter.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as Arcapush evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@blindspotlab.xyz.
