AirLST is event management software for corporate events, built in Munich since 2009. One platform covers the whole guest journey: personalized email invitations in your design, registration forms with conditional fields, plus-ones and workshop sessions, a live guest list the whole team works on, event websites without code, QR tickets, a seating chart fed by the guest list, a mobile event app with agenda and ticket, and fast check-in with iOS and Android apps that keep scanning offline. Badges print on arrival, and statistics show attendance and no-shows. AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can connect through the AirLST MCP server, with your permissions and every step logged. AirLST is TISAX-assessed, GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany. Brands like Zalando, Munich Airport, ProSiebenSat.1 and Mercedes-Benz run their events on it. Free for events up to 50 guests.
