Why it exists

Remove Vocal is an online AI vocal remover and stem splitter. Singers, musicians, DJs, teachers and video editors often need a karaoke track, an acapella or a play-along backing track, but official instrumental versions rarely exist and the old phase-cancellation trick strips out bass and kick drum along with the vocal. Remove Vocal uses AI source separation instead: upload a song or a video and it splits the recording into individual tracks you can preview, rebalance and download in your browser, with nothing to install. Separation modes: 2 stems (vocals + instrumental), Hi-Fi 2 stems (the cleanest vocal / instrumental split), 4 stems (vocals, drums, bass, other) and 6 stems (vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other). Input: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG audio and MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI video, up to 500 MB. Stems can be downloaded as audio, or as video when you start from a video.
